Welcome to Budget Kicker (“the Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you cannot register or use the platform.

1. Nature of the Service
  • BudgetKicker is a web-based budgeting, invoicing, and client-management tool. It is not an accounting, tax, or financial-advisory platform.
  • The Service provides data-entry screens, reports, and notification features only. All financial decisions based on information entered into BudgetKicker are made solely at your own responsibility.
2. User Responsibilities
  • You are fully responsible for all information you enter, upload, send, or otherwise process through the Service.
  • You must keep your login credentials secure and change your passwords immediately if any suspicious activity is noticed.
  • You agree not to use the Service for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities, including but not limited to money-laundering, phishing, or harassment.
3. Platform Availability & Security
  • BudgetKicker is offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We strive to keep the platform online, secure, and free of bugs, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
  • We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data; however, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge and accept this responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any planned downtime.
  • We also reserve the right to ban users from our system if we feel you are abusing the platform or going against our safe usage policies. If we suspect you of scamming or criminal activities we will cut off your profile and report what information we have to the relevant authorities.
  • CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! We will report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Data Retention & Legal Requests

Due to the nature of BudgetKicker’s invoicing service, user information cannot be deleted. If any government agency or legal authority provides sufficient evidence of suspected illegal activity, BudgetKicker’s CEO or Board members may, at their discretion, provide the requested information. We balance this with our strong concern for user privacy and our mission to reduce fraudulent activity and make the internet safer for everyone involved.

5. Privacy & Data Usage
  • BudgetKicker does not sell your personal information under any circumstances.
  • Your information is used only to provide and improve the Service, and to comply with legal obligations if required.
6. No Professional Advice

Content generated by the Service is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, tax, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BudgetKicker and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

BudgetKicker aims to provide a stable and secure platform, but responsibility for how you use it rests with you. We are a startup, not accountants or tax advisors, and cannot provide professional support for your business use.

8. Legal Interpretation & Abuse of System

These Terms are subject to interpretation. If you or any entity attempts to exploit BudgetKicker through legal loopholes (e.g. frivolous lawsuits comparable to suing a restaurant for food being too hot), you acknowledge and accept this as fraudulent action. In such cases, you agree to be responsible for all legal fees and costs BudgetKicker incurs in defending itself.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BudgetKicker and its owner(s) from any claim, demand, or damages, including legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Modifications & User Acknowledgement
  • This page is occasionally updated. It is your responsibility to review it regularly.
  • If you do not know of updates, BudgetKicker is not responsible for your lack of awareness.
  • Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • BudgetKicker is a platform aiming to provide a fair, safe, and good quality service to users with good intentions. You acknowledge that there is no one-size-fits-all solution and accept this reality.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms or any activity that jeopardises the integrity of the Service.
